Someone that I admire.

A person I admire? Like an expert at something? mmmm hard to think about one... since academicaly every book I read is boring and vary old. So I am gonna write about a historical figure I admire... that is also a expert at something to boot. Well, if espionage and guerrilla tactics counts, that is it!

I am talking about Manuel Rodriguez, a chilean spy and guerrila leader in the Independecy war. After the defeat in Rancagua and the retreat of the Independence army to Argentina, Rodriguez started rebeld groups that weakened the hispanic hold and efectivity in Chile with guerrilla tactics, while also getting informating from the woman (generally the wives of hispanic functionaries) he seduced, while disguising himself as a monk, merchant, vagabound and farmer. He gathered vital inteligence anout the ocupation army, while attacking weapon convoys, ambushing patroling soldiers and other guerrilla tactics. My favorite techlogy piece of technology? My Laptop is pretty much my precious my multi-use tool. Drawing (even if I pretty much suck at it...), playing games, study (bless pdfs and ppts), so many things. Here is a little picture of it :

I got it 2 years ago, at my birthday and I have used ir since. I use pretty much everyday ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶p̶e̶o̶p̶l̶e̶ ̶t̶e̶l̶l̶ ̶m̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶a̶t̶ ̶I̶ ̶u̶s̶e̶ ̶i̶t̶ ̶t̶o̶o̶ ̶m̶u̶c̶h̶  and it came to bite me in the ass 4 months ago, when it overheated. Aparently, they did the terminations without lead, so a bit of heat and it start to desintegrate. Figures. I had to buy a cooling fan after having it fixed. Even, so I am thinking about changing it for a desk PC, since desk PCs are more stable, durable, and upgradeable. When I have money, so in short words, pretty much I'll wait quite a looooooong while.

Well, here I am! 1° English class here, and I'll edit and stile the blog sometime later .....sometime later. But well., enough chit-chat, I have to make post!
